NCM is supported by fees paid by residents with cable television subscriptions. When residents “cut the cord,” those local cable franchise fee contributions end.
Currently, we’re proud to provide our livestreams and video-on-demand service free of charge. As funding declines, keeping these services free and available to everyone may not be possible.
